Notice on Data Transfer to Third Countries Not Secure Under Data Protection Law and Transfer to US Companies Not DPF-Certified
We use tools from companies based in third countries that are not secure under data protection law as well as US tools whose providers are not certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). If these tools are active, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in these countries. Please note that in third countries that are not secure under data protection law, a data protection level comparable to that of the EU cannot be guaranteed. We point out that the USA is generally considered a secure third country that provides a data protection level comparable to that of the EU. Data transfer to the USA is therefore permitted if the recipient has a certification under the 'EU-US Data Privacy Framework' (DPF) or has suitable additional guarantees. Recipients of Personal Data
